Show Farmers defer rate hike SALT LAKE CITY -During the current hearings on Utah Power & Light Company's rate increase i request, the Utah Farm Bureau Federation succeeded in getting the PSC-ordered load management program set back to 1984, according to FB Pumpers' Pum-pers' Committee chairman Leland Hogan, Tooele. This means all pumpers pum-pers will be on the rate schedule identified as "Option B" and that no pumper will be required to go to load management during 1983, Hogan said. "This gives us more time to get a full hearing on our proposal for time-of-day rates," he said.
