Still fans were encouraged to see the Tigers show a little lit-tle scrap, and hold their own for three quarters. Milford led, 13-7, at the quarter and it was knotted at 26 all at intermission. But Beaver came on strong in the final minutes of the third period to grab a 41-37 41-37 lead at the three quarter quar-ter mark, and then galloped to a 10 point spread in the early part of the fourth quarter quar-ter before the Tigers got rolling. Final score was 61-54. Jess Cox canned 23 points to lead all scorers, with C raig Blackner, David Eyre and Brian Morgan each potting pot-ting eight for the Beaver, ting eight for the Beavers. Blair Coon and Robbie Bolton both had good nights for the Tigers, hitting 18 and 17 respectively, and hitting the boards for 6 and 5 respectively. res-pectively.
