Show mmmm Wilma Davis - 386-2211 Mr. and Mrs. Chuck Martin, Mar-tin, from Sparks, Nevada, visited with their son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Chuck Martin. Cecil and Ada James, of Salt Lake City, and Phil and Lola Roberts were visiting with Mrs. Niel Gressman over the weekend. Alice Autry, from Cedar City, visited her aunt, Flossie Adams. Vic Watts, from Kanosh, visited with Mr. and Mrs. Newell Carter on Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. NewellMar-shall NewellMar-shall and Mr. and Mrs. Darwin Dar-win Marshall went to St. George on Sunday, and visited visit-ed their two sisters, Mrs. Nona Larson and Mr. and Mrs. Russell Guymon. Claus and Melba Marshall Mar-shall had their grandchildren visit over the weekend. Troy and Robin Coty, from Cedar City, and Tish, Jennie and Marcie from Southland enjoyed en-joyed a fine visit. Mr. and Mrs. Roger Carter Car-ter and family, have purchased pur-chased the Al Moshe'r home and have moved in. We are happy to have them back .in our community. Connie Chris Marshallhas been -asked to be one of the judges at SUSC'sSnow Queen Contest. Mr. and Mrs. BernellMc-Affee, BernellMc-Affee, from Payson, spent the night with us, then went on to Las Vegas. Lelia Evans accompanied them to Las Vegas. Mr. andMrs.Delmer Gray went to Las Vegas to attend the wedding of their granddaughter, grand-daughter, April, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Spencer Gray. A bridal shower for Jo-lyn Jo-lyn Dotson was held at the home of Colleen Truman. Many friends and relatives helped make this a memorable memor-able day for her. Jolyn is the daughter of Mr.andMrs. Ruben Dotson. Mr. and Mrs. Don Hes-lington, Hes-lington, of Provo, were here to visit Don's mother, Mrs. Devota Heslington, and the Max Carter family. Jack McMullin, Rod Mc-Mullin, Mc-Mullin, and Bob Waldon, went to Los Angeles to get a load of baby calves. Sunday Mr. andMrs. Clair McMullin were dinner guests at the Jack McMullin home. Mr. and Mrs. Russell Muir, from Las Vegas, and Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Ad-dington, Ad-dington, of Milford, were guests at Mr. and Mrs. Doug Blackburn's home. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Gil-lins Gil-lins drove to Salt Lake City to meet Mr. and Mrs. Mitch Gillins and family when they flew in from Alaska to be here for Mike's wedding. Jimmy Hanley had a party on Saturday for friends to help him celebrate his 5th birthday. They went to McDonalds Mc-Donalds in Cedar City to celebrate. Guests included Travis, Mark and Meridee Hugh, Neisha Brienholt, Mrs. Thelma Dalton, from Parowan, has been staying with her son and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Dalton. Mrs. Nettie Myers and Mrs. Lois Pearson spent the long weekend visiting in Las Vegas. Mrs. Patsy Hollingshead and Mrs. Clara Charles, of Henderson, Nevada, and Grant Wood, from Kearns, all spent the weekend in Minersville with their par ents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Wood. They came to attend ihe funeral of their uncle, Charles Jameson. Mr. and Mrs. Allen Jameson, Jame-son, of Salt Lake, were here to attend Charles Jameson's funeral, and to visit with family. Others attendingthe services were Vic Jameson, of California, Harold and Melba Baker and Royal Wood, from Henderson, and many other friends and relatives. Brandon Payne, Jade Myers, Willie Dalton, Andrea Al-brecht, Al-brecht, Crystal Davis. On Sunday, other friends, Josh and Natham Russel, Tom Marshall, Amy Robinson,. Jake Patterson and Tanwie Williams, Jeffery. and Elizabeth, Eliz-abeth, Patterson also helped him celebrate. |
