K-100-(2) THE STATE OF UTAH TO ALL OPERATORS, TAKERS OF PRODUCTION, MINERAL AND ROYALTY OWNERS, AND PARTICULARLY PARTICU-LARLY A LL NATURAL GAS PRODUCERS INTHE STATE OF UTAH. Under the provisions of Section 40-6, Utah Code Annotated, An-notated, 1953, as amended, and the "Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978" (Public Law 95-1752) the Board of Oil, Gas, and Mining is hereby given authority to make and promulgate rules and regulations regu-lations for the proper administration ad-ministration of said Acts. On January 16, 1979, the Board adopted rules and regulations specifically for the purpose of implementing Public Law 95-1752. It has now come to the attention at-tention of the Board that certain of these rules are in conflict with rules and regulations regu-lations adopted by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. In order to resolve said conflict, the Board will hold a hearing on February 28, 1979, at 9:00 a.m.'. in the Executive .Conference Room - Holiday Inn, 1659 West North Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah, for the purpose pur-pose of adopting the following follow-ing amendments: ( ) delete add "Rule 1.
