Show NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - IS HEREBY GIVEN that Beaver CityCor-poration CityCor-poration has filed with the Board of County Commissioners Commis-sioners of Beaver County, Utah, a petition to rezone from A -5 Agricultural to 1-1 Industrial the real property hereinafter described and that a public hearing will be held by said Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, February 14, 1978, at the hour of nine o'clock AJvI., at the Commission Chamber in the Beaver County Court House in Beaver City, Utah, at which time and place any person will be heard on the question of whether or not such rezonlng should be done. The real property involved Is situated with4n Beaver County, State of Utah, and particularly described as follows: Beginning on the western edge of the Highway 1-15 frontage road, and being the Beaver Airport access ac-cess road, 484 feet west of the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section Sec-tion 33, Township 29 South, Range 7 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence West 836 feet; thence South 522 feet; thence East 836 feet, more or less, to the western edge of said frontage road; thence North along the west line of said frontage road 522 feet to the place of beginning, containing approximately ap-proximately 10 acres.
