Show Scout-o-romo set Saturday in Cedar City Plans are well underway for this year's biggest scouting scout-ing event ... the Scout -O-Rama! Gerald Stoker and Richard O. Oyler, chairmen for the event, indicate that this year the annual event will involve more scout districts dis-tricts than ever before. Scouters from Beaver, Cedar Breaks, Panguitch, and Powell Pow-ell Point will be involved. The big day is Saturday, May 7th, at the Cedar High football field. The day's events will start at 1 :00 pjn., with Pinewood Derby racing, special "Scouting Skills" display booths, awards, and plenty to eat. The general public is invited in-vited to attend and support this year's Scout-O-Rama by buying tickets from Scouts as they go door to door. These funds will be used to further the Scouting cause. Make plans now to attend this year's bigger-than -ever "Scout-O-Rama", May 7th at the Cedar High football field. |
