Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Beaver County throughout the entire year unless otherwise other-wise designated. Locations In SLB&M. a-7882 (71-3240) Terry L. and Lelia Mae Wiseman, P. O. Box 301, Milford, Utah 84751, proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 15.0 ac. ft. of water out of a total to-tal of 150.84 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of Appl. No. 11764, Cert. No. 4747 (71 -456). The water has been diverted from a 10-inch well, 180 ft. deep at a point S. 1690 ft. and W. 125 ft. from N 14 Cor. Sec. 17, T28S, R10W; and used for the stockwatering of 50 cattle; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation irriga-tion of 37.36 acs. in W 12 NE 14, E 12 NW 14 Sec. 17, T28S, R10W. Hereafter, 15.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8 -inch well, 200 ft. deep at a point N. 208 ft. and W. 1880 ft. from E 14 Cor. Sec. 17, T28S, R10W; and used for the domestic purposes pur-poses of one family; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 3.5675 acs. in SW 14 NE 14 Sec. 17, T28S, R10W. The remaining amount of water will be used as heretofore. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before Aug. 10, 1974.
