Show I Gilliams and Mr. and Mrs. I Norm Thompson and family 1 spent four days at Reno, Nevada with her daughter, i Mr. and Mrs. Cleve Welch and daughter. Mr. and Mrs. Norm Thompson and family spent a few days in the Beaver mountains at Little Res. Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Baxter, Portland, Oregon, were visitors of their parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Baxter last week. They also visited Mr. am Mrs. Mike Daly in Brea, California and Mr. and Mrs. R. J. M clntyre and family of Salt Lake City, Utah and sister of Doug and relatives. Mr, and Mrs. Mike Daly of Brea, California are visiting the Harold Baxters this week in Milford. Fred and Hilda O'Leary had as house guests this past weekend , all of their children. Fred and Ginger O'Leary and three children of Ruth, Nevada. Kathlyn 1 and James Holm and two sons of Salt Lake City, Utah. Bert and Ruth O'Leary and six children of Granger, Utah, and Vanda and Gene Eversole and three children of Las Vegas , Nevada. They were here for their parents Golden Wedding Anniversary. Besides the kind Milford relatives and friends who attended, were the following from out of town. Mrs. Arlene Baxter Rose, a niece from California, and friends Mrs. Miriam Johnson of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Kathy and John Spacer of Albur-querque, Albur-querque, New Mexico. Mr. and Mrs. T.R. Harps, Clear Creek Canyon, and Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Wagner of Yuma, Arizona, and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Dhyse of Maryland Mary-land were vistors of the Hamp Burke's. Miss Julia Hughes of Palm Springs, California spent several days with the Burkes last weekend. She was a guest of Victor Caufmans at Black Rock. Recent vistors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Long were Mrs. Long's brother and family, Mr. and Mrs. Richard F. Berger and family from So. Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After spending two days in Salt Lake City k sightseeing, the group spent several days at Little Res fishing and camping. Also visiting the Long's, Keith's sister and her husband, hus-band, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Stone of West Concord, Minnesota Min-nesota and Keith's parents, nesota and Keith's parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. R. Long of Rochester, Iowa. The senior Longs returned to Iowa via Salt Lake City and spent two days visiting with their grandsons, Terry and Kevin. Major and Mrs. Vaughn M cDonald were visitors in MBf or d f o r over a week. They visited their parents, M-.and Mrs. A. L. McDondald and Mr. and Mrs. Dan Ferguson and many other friends and relatives. Their son Billre-m Billre-m alned in Milford for completion com-pletion of the Little League season. They have returned to Kansas City, were he is stationed in the Air Force. Dr. Willia m McDonald made a quick trip to Milford to visit his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Monald while his brother Vaughn and fa nv ily were here on leave from the Air Force. Dr. McDonald practices in Long Beach, California. Ca-lifornia. Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Blake, Las Vegas, spent a week's vacation with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Blake. M r. and Mrs. Dan Ferguson had Bob and Pat and family, Lucille and Wayne and family, fam-ily, Mr. and Mrs. Gary Ferguson, Fer-guson, Ely, Nevada, Major and M-s. Dell V. McDonald, Ft. Leavenworth, Kans., and Mr. and Mrs. Jed Thomas and family for a family get-together. get-together. Fourteen of their 1 Mr. and Mrs. Ollie Thomas are on a trip to Jackson, Miss. A to visit his family and friends. They flew from Las Vegas. Marge Sherwood and daughter Linda and John Conway and their two children, child-ren, and John's mother, Mrs. Inea Conway of Blanding, traveled to Spokane for the 74 World's Fair. They traveled through Idaho and Washington, visiting the Space Needle at Seattle and the Olympic Peninsula , and down the Oregon Coast before be-fore returning home. Mr. and Mrs. Dave Reese and Mrs. Sheldon Albrecht attended funeral services in Cedar City on July 3rd for Mrs. Eliza Bonzo, 83. Mrs. Bonzo was Dave's oldest sister. Mr. and Mrs. Dave Reese enjoyed a trip to Jackson Hole, Wyoming with their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Clif Reese and two daughters of Cedar City. Bishop and Mrs. Sheldon Albrecht made a business trip to Salt Lake, July 4th and 5th. They were overnight guests in the new home of their son-in-law and daughter, daugh-ter, Alan and Janyce Syn-dergaard, Syn-dergaard, in Magna, Utah. Mr. and Mrs. Reed |
