Mr. and Mrs. Rex Brown and family went to Idaho, Wednesday Wed-nesday to attend the funeral of Kathy's grandfather. Bill and Gayle Peterson and family, Salt Lake City, visited visit-ed over the weekend with their parents, Karl and Phyllis Truman. Tru-man. Mr. and Mrs. Bud Lembke (Maisie Roberts) of Wisconsin visited Wednesday with Keith and Shirley Hollingshead. A baby boy was bprn to Dan and Ta Mara Payne, Saturday, Sat-urday, January 26th In the Milford Mil-ford hospital. He weighed 7 lbs. 11 oz. Grandparents here are Net and Ruth Craw. David and Janet Bradshaw and son spent Sunday visiting at the Lee and Lynnea Marshall Mar-shall home. Three student teachers from the BYU are at the Mlnersville Mln-ersville school. They will be here for one week of teaching. Two lady teachers are staying at the Bill Gibson home and a fellow Is staying at the Milton Mil-ton Albrecht home. Goldie and Hilda Marshall were in Salt Lake City for a few days on business. Ross and Eleanore Marshall went to Salt Lake City Monday ! on business. ; In Sacrament meeting Sunday Sun-day evening the program was ' given by the Relief Society Presidency. Talks by Elma j Blackburn and Marie Mar-; Mar-; shall. Song by Jill Albrecht, ' Chad Hollingshead and Bartt Hollingshead, a talk by Lorna ; Craw. Prayers were given by Darwin Marshall and Dal-, Dal-, ton Fails. Ralph and June Pearson, Marclne and Sylva Davis, ' Newell and Theo Marshall of i Mlnersville and Jack and Gwen Ogden of Milford spent Sun-day Sun-day evening visiting with Dan i and Eva Davis and to wish Eva i a happy birthday. Steve Nelson, who has been living with Milton andRevaAl-brecht, andRevaAl-brecht, has returned to his home In Mexico. He has completed com-pleted all his credits in school and will be back to graduate with his class in the spring. Wanda Corbridge visited In Cedar City with her son Junior and family for a few days while her husband Clarence went to Kaysvllle to ordain his grandson, a teacher in the Aaronic Priesthood in his Ward. I would at this time like to thank Nellie Erickson for the nice compliment she paid me in last week's Letter to the Editor. Lois Hollingshead was released re-leased from the hospital Sunday Sun-day and is back home. Although Al-though still confined to her bed, she is greatly improved. She will be living with Keith and Shirley. Dale and Elaine Baldwin and family visited over the weekend week-end with their parents, Fay and Betty Marshall. Ranae Hartman and children, child-ren, Cedar City, spent the weekend visiting her grand--mother, Armina Banks. Visitors Sunday at the home of Marshall and Nellie Hollingshead Holl-ingshead was their daughter, N (Clyde) and Marsha Harding and family, Cedar City. Thurman and Irma Eyre went to Salt Lake Sunday. Irma was to enter the University Hospital for surgery, for the removal of the gall bladder, during the week. Wyonna Pearson has gone to the Parowan Rest Home to live. Bonnie Albrecht and baby spent a few days inFreedonia, Arizona visiting her mother, Konda Button. Three local people went to Salt Lake Sunday to take their State examinations in Cosmetology Cosme-tology on Monday. LaNellDot- : son, accompanied by her husband hus-band Keith, and Margaret Ann Williams, who will be her model. La Nell will be working work-ing at Rema's Beauty Salon. Evelyn Banks, accompanied by her sister, Laretta, who will , be her model. Evelyn will be working in St. George; Tonya Taylor, accompanied by her father and mother, Ern and Shirley Myers. Her mother will be her model. Tonya will ' be working in Cedar City. John and Susan Craw announce an-nounce the birth of a baby girl born Friday, Jan. 25, In the Beaver hospital. The little one weighed 8 lbs. 3 ozs. Grandparents Grand-parents are Mr. and Mrs. Jack Craw and Mr. and Mrs. George Rich, Beaver. Wilford and Alvaretta Robinson Rob-inson and Ella Wood traveled to Salt Lake Thursday. Ella is to have a medical check-up. Mr. and Mrs. Ron Pierson, Las Vegas, visited a few days during the week with his mother, Lois Pierson. Alton and Virginia Marshall and John and Reva Williams are spending a few days In Pheonix, Arizona. Jay and Jan Gibson were at the home of their parents, Bill and Lettie Gibson for a few days.
