Article V in a series of articles arti-cles to the Beayer County News concerning the functioning function-ing aspects of the Milford Valley Val-ley Memorial Hospital. The annual meeting of the General Board of the Mllford Valley Memorial Hospital Association will be held in the Milford Elementary School Auditorium at 8:00 p.m., Thursday, February 21st, 1974. The purpose of this meeting is to (1) Present the annual report and financial audit au-dit of the hospital to the association; asso-ciation; (2) To elect 3 new members to the executive board; (3) To consider any other business pertaining to the function of this association; associa-tion; (4) To present a current report from the Board of Trustees. Each year the outgoing out-going members of the Hospital Hospi-tal Board of Directors are appointed ap-pointed to the nominating committee com-mittee to present a slate of candidates for consideration. In addition, nominations are to be taken from the floor to fill In the vacancies on the Board. Every organization In the Hospital Service Area are entitled to one vote. Recently the Board's Secretary, Joan-Holland, Joan-Holland, mailed identification slips to each organization to register their voting delegate and alternate for the meeting.
