This kind of put the Federal Fed-eral workers In Saint Louis somewhat on what might he called an honor system to decide de-cide in their own minds whether wheth-er they were essential workers. According to the Globe-Democrat there are thirty-eight thousand Federal workers in Saint Louis and almost three-fourths three-fourths pf them, after mulling oyer the matter of their essentiality, essen-tiality, decided they were not essential and did not show up by ten o'clock. The result was that by noon nearly all of the Federal employees em-ployees were at work.
