Show MINERSVILLE COMPLETES PLANS FOR STOCK SHOW The annual Beaver County Livestock Show will be held at the show grounds east of Minersville on Saturday, May 23, according to Ralph Pearson, show president. All interested exhibtors are invited to participate. par-ticipate. Classes of beef and dairy cattle, sheep, swine and horses will be exhibted. Barrel racing rac-ing will also be a featured activity. ac-tivity. The range bull classes as usual, will be a feature of the show. Trophies will be awarded award-ed the following: Champion steer Champion sheep Champion Holstein female Reserve Champion Holstein female Junior Champion Holstein female Champion range bull Champion quarterhorse stallion stal-lion Champion quarterhorse mare Champion thoroughbred stallion stal-lion Champion thoroughbred mare Champion swine Prizes donated by merchants, businessmen and other organizations organi-zations will be awarded. Premium Prem-ium money is awarded junior exhibitors. Luncheon will be served at the show grounds by the Minersville Min-ersville American Legion Auxiliary. |
