A grandson, Allen Weston, brought his grandmother home Friday and Mr. Weston came home with his son Jack on Monday, e Mr. and Mrs. Neil Smyth and children, Mrs Letha Smyth, Mrs. Mary Crookston, Mrs. Metta Weston and Mrs. Beverly Bev-erly Palmer enjoyed a trip to Lehman Caves last Sunday. Mrs. Mary Crookston and Mrs. Beverly rainier left Monday Mon-day for their home in Las Vogas. Mrs. Crookston had bc:-n here for an extended visit with her sister, Mrs. Letha Smyth and Mr. and Mrs. John Weston, and Mrs. Palmer came to spend the week end with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Weston. Wes-ton. O Mr. and Mrs. Farrell Murie wore in Salt Lake last week end visiting their daughter Linda, who is employed there. Linda plans to enroll for the fall quarter at Southern Utah State College. Mr. and Mrs. Neil Smyth and three children of Woodland Wood-land Hills, Cal., left Wednesday Wednes-day for their home after spending spend-ing a week with his mother, Mrs. Letha Smyth. Sharon Palmer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Palmer of Las Vegas, is at the home of her aunt, Mrs. Letha Smyth. She has enrolled in the eighth grade at Milford High School. Mr. and Mrs. Gary Bingham and children of Salt Lake spent the week end with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. A. Bingham. ' r Sharla Coon of La Mirada, Cal., granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kimmel Coon, is head cheerleader at La Mirada High School, and her squad received five first place trophies and a trophy for team competition, and Best Ail-Around plaque at the all-school tourney held at La Mirada College . Mr. and Mrs. Don West of : Huntington Beach, Cal., spent a week visiting cousins Mr. and Mrs. Ben Leppink. and also spent some time in the Beaver Mountains. Mrs. Vvs Baxter took her mother, Mrs. Ireta Fothering-ham Fothering-ham of Cedar City, to Salt Lake for medical care, Mon-j Mon-j day morning. Mr. and Mrs. William Cline of Los Angeles and Mr and Mrs. Sam Cline wero guests of Mrs. Edythe Grimshaw Grim-shaw at her Beaver Mountain summer home over the Labor Day holidays. O Kathy and Carol Hanley of Salt Lake were at home over the week end visiting their parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Hanley. Both girls are employed em-ployed in the Capital City. The Hanley's son, Mike, is employed em-ployed by Dunn and Bradstreet in Salt Lake. Dan and Theo Gillies of Twin ' Falls, Idaho, were here over the Labor Day week end at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sam Cline, and Mrs. Gillies' brother in law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Claude Horton. Dan and Theo also visited ther son, Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Gillies in Salt Lake, and got acquainted with their new grandson, Shawn Christiansen, born July 21 to Mr. and Mrs'. Kevin Gillies. They also were in Pocatello to help another grandson, Danny, son of Mr. and Mrs. Craig Gillies, celebrate cele-brate his third birth anniversary annivers-ary on Sept. 3. e Mr. and Mrs. Harold Baxter joined their son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Craig Baxter of Portland, Ore., in Salt Lake at the home of a son in law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Mclntyre and family. The Craig Baxters were on vacation and also visited relatives in Nevada and California. The Boyd Whites will take their soin Gary home with them. He has spent the summer here with his grandparents. grand-parents. While the Gresses were here they enjoyed en-joyed a trip to the Beaver Mountains. Amber Dawn Berger, first child of Chris and Sidney Berger, Ber-ger, was born Aug. 15 in Salt Lake. She is the first grandchild grand-child of Eugene and Pat Johnson John-son of Salt Lake and the first great-grandchild of Mr. and Mrs. D. A. ' Mrs. Caroline Hatch has purchased pur-chased the former Rolan Lar-sen Lar-sen home from Richard Jefferson. Jef-ferson. Richard and Linley Jefferson Jeffer-son are on vacation, and plan a week end at Puffers Lake, Floyd Bedingfield has been readmitted to the Good Samar- I itan Hospital in Los Angeles for further treatment. Mr. and Mrs. Danny James and son Daniel Todd, Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy James and children, chil-dren, all of West Point; Nate and Pat Smith and son Tommy of Layton, Mr. and Mrs. Tom James and Tom, and Mr. and Mrs. Marlon Treat motored to Lehman Caves Sunday for an outing.
