Bishop Milton Albrecht performed per-formed the ceremony. The new Mrs. Lurth is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Wil-liam H. Wood of Minersville, and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. LaDue C. Lurth of Olympia, Wash . A family dinner was served following the ceremony, and that evening the newlyweds were feted at a reception. The bride made her own wedding gown, an exquisite white brocade satin floor length gown fashioned with an empire em-pire waistline, enhanced by below be-low the elbow length cuffed sleeves and upstanding rolled collar. Her 'bouffant veil of illusion was caught to an off the face headpiece. It was an elegant lace cap adorned with pcau de soie petals caught with lrrce and pearls. She carried a bouquet of tropicana roses centered with a white orchid. Satin ribbon streamers fell from the bouquet and roses were daintily caught to the end of each streamer. Miss Jane Carling was maid of honor, and Miss LuAnn Monson the bridesmaid. Mr. Richard Lurth acted as best man. They will make their home in Los Angeles. The new Mrs. Lurth graduated gradu-ated from Utah State University, Univer-sity, and is employed in Los Angeles as a CPA. Mr. Lurth is attending San Bernardino Junior College. Out of town relatives attending attend-ing the ceremony were Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Lurth, Ocean Shores, Wash.; Mr. and Mrs. Duane Bolton and children, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Lurth and children chil-dren and Richard Lurth, all of Minnesota; Mr. and Mrs. Ray-mon Ray-mon Carling, Salina; Mr. and Mrs. David Monson, Clearfield; Mr. and Mrs. Otto Hunter, Holden; Mr. and Mrs. Alex Borel and family, Murieta, Cal.; Mr. and Mrs. Ataberry and Mr. and Mrs. Cal Kesler, Kanosh; Alfred Bohman, Mr. and Mrs. Roland Bohman, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Bohman and family, all of Morgan; Mr. and Mrs. Hugo Bohman, Ogden; Mrs. Dale Tracy, Seattle, Wash.; Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bohman, Roy; Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Stapley, and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Bohman, Cedar Ce-dar City; Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Tolty, Provo. |
