O Mr. and Mrs. Ruben Dotson are new grandpadents. A daughter was born to Nick and Colleen Dotson in Beaver. Mrs. Albateen Roberts is spending several weeks in Salt Lake with her children. Bill and Lettie Gibson, formerly for-merly of Montebello, Calif., have moved to Minersville and plan to build a home at 186 South First West Street. 9 Mrs. Vella Stephenson of Salt Lake spent the week end in Minersville visiting relatives and remained over Tuesday to attend funeral services for Merrill Jameson, 9 Billie Pete, son of Mrs Lucy Murdock, has left for Vietnam after a 30-day leave, 9 Howard and Gwen Pryor spent the week end in Salt Lake visiting a niece, John and Sherie Bonner and getting acquainted ac-quainted with a new great-niece great-niece Elisa Bonner, and also visited with Howard's sister, Mr. and Mrs. Byron Limb of Ely, Nev., who were in Salt Lake. Mr .and Mrs. Pryor and Mr. and Mrs. Limb spent Sunday Sun-day in Tooele visiting a brother broth-er in law and sister, Wade and Collette Hodge and family. The Stake High Priests and their wives met in the Minersville Miners-ville church last Wednesday for a banquet and social. 120 members and guests enjoyed the affair. The Fifth and Sixth Grades and their instructor, Marshall Hollingshead, enjoyed a Chinese Chi-nese dinner last Friday evening eve-ning at the Hong Kong Cafe in Milford. The two grades are studying China. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Limb of Las Vegas are spending this week with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Limb. Mr. Limb is a school teacher in Las Vegas and it's their spring vacation. 9 Kathy Truman and Kenneth Hollingshead, BYU students, are at home during spring vacation. va-cation. C Larry and Carolyn Eyre announce an-nounce the birth of their first child, a 7 lb 10 oz son born March 27th in the Beaver Hospital. Hos-pital. The newcomer is the first grandchild of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Eyre and great-grandchild of Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Eyre. O Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Gillins and daughter Kathy and Mr. and Mrs. Tex Marshall and daughter Margie enjoyed a week end in Las Vegas, e Val Marshall is employed at the Harlan Thomas Chevron Service in Milford. Mr. and Mrs. Dohn Martin have returned from an enjoyable enjoy-able trip. In Las Vegas they visited children and friends, and in Springville they visited visit-ed Mrs. Martin's sister, Pat and Garnetta Dotson, then motored to Montpelier, Idaho, where they visited Mr .and Mrs. Karl Martin. 0 Dan Davis and son Heber and Scott and Raul Pearson spent several days fishing at Lake Mead. Q Kent and Tamra Gillins of Idaho Falls, Idaho, surprised her family, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Er-nest Myers and children, with a visit, arriving in Minersville this week. q Mrs. Lotus Fassett is planning plan-ning a trip to Ventura, Calif., where she rwill assist with a new grandchild at the home of a son. Mr. and Mrs. Byron Limb of i:iy. Nev., spent Tuesday in Minersville with her brother, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Pryor and family.
