At-kin. q Mr. and Mrs. Ed Jesse of Lcdi, Caliil., are visiting Mr. and Mrs. James Mayer, Mr. and Mrs. Russel Mayer, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Sohiedeman and Mrs. Lillian Mayer. 9 I. Altman and daughter Lois flew to Long Beach.N. Y., to attend a wedding reception on Feb .22 honoring Mr. Altman's grandson, Steven, son of Dr. and Mrs. Leon (Maxine) Bu-kus. Bu-kus. They returned Feb. 26. Mrs. Lillian Larkin of Las Vegas was here to attend funeral fu-neral services for Mrs. Nell Larkin last Friday, and visited Young of Salt Lake were here over the week end at the home of parents Mr. and Mrs. Roy Young. e Mary Ann Lcppink, a student stu-dent at the University of Utah, spent the week end with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Leppink. John Cosgrif- nepnew of Mrs. Hilda Shields, and his bride Carolyn were week end visitors at the Roy Shields home. The Ccsgriffs were married Feb. 22 in the LDS Temple in Los Angeles. John recently returned from a mission mis-sion in Japan, and his wife served a mission in China. She is a Stanford graduate in psychology psy-chology and is employed at the State Mental Hospital in Provo. John is working on a master's degree at the BYU. Dern Osborn, former Milford Mil-ford resident, has been released from Holy Cross Hospital in Salt Lake and was taken to his home in Beaver last Thursday. Thurs-day. Friday he was rushed to the Salt Lake hospital, in serious seri-ous condition, and underwent a tracheotomy. Mrs. Edythe Grimshaw, who was in Salt Lake with her brother for ten days, returned to Milford last Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Keith Whitta-ker Whitta-ker and baby are spending a week in St. George, where Keith is doing some prospect- her sisters and brothers m law, Mrs. Irene Posey, Mr. and Mrs. Walter McCulley, and Don end Olive Young, also a brother broth-er in law and sister. Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert McCulley. John and Nadine Jones, Jake and Nelouise Schow, Virginia Grimes, Mabel Turner, Tur-ner, Bus Hardy, Bill Baker, and Cecil and Rachel Myers and Ern and Shirley Myers of Minersville, enjoyed the dance in St. George Monday night. Mrs. Norman Murdock spent the week end in Tooele with her son in law and daughter, daugh-ter, Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Brun-son, Brun-son, and in Bountiful visited a sister, Mrs. Elsie Kelsey, who is convalescing after a heart attack. & Blake and Betty Hyatt visited vis-ited Mr. and Mrs. Frank Thompson early in the week, en route to their new home in Rollins, Wyo., from Caliente. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Bohn and family and Mr. and Mrs. Elvin Marshall of Minersville spent Sunday with the ladies' mother, moth-er, Mrs. Thelma Gillins. Mr. and Mrs. Neil Smyth and children Kristin and Gregory Greg-ory of Woodland Hills, Calif., spent five days here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Powell Smyth, and enjoyed skiing at Brian Head. 9 Mrs. bophia Bruno or Moroni Moro-ni spent a week with her son in law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Max Baxter. Sunday Mrs. Baxter served dinner in honor of her husband's birth anniversary. anni-versary. Attending were Mr. and Mrs. Albert Cloward of Moroni, Mr. and Mrs. Leland Olster and three children, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Jackson and three chidlren, and Mrs. Carol Whiting and son, all of Nephi; and Mrs. George Allen of Virgin. Mrs. Bruno returned return-ed to Moroni with the Clow-ards. ing. Mrs. Ardith Ryan of Salt Lake was in Milford on business busi-ness last week end, and was a guest of her mother, Mrs. Clo-tiel Clo-tiel Whittaker. 6 Mr. and Mrs. Frank White will spend the week end in Provo, and will visit her mother, moth-er, Mrs. LaPrele Perkins, who is confined to a hospital after suffering a broken hip. Mr. and Mrs. Mike Brim-berry Brim-berry of Las Vegas spent a few days here, guests of Mrs. Dorothy Kizer, and Mr. Brim-berry Brim-berry is doing some carpenter work at the Milford Medical Center. Mr. and Mrs. Sylvan Munk left Saturday for Price after hearing of the death of her brother, John Lloyd. They returned re-turned Tuesday after attending funeral services Monday. & Geneive and I visited Bill and Jane Gillies in Rancho Cordova, Calif., during Febru-are. Febru-are.
