Arlene Judd of Provo was a week end visitor at the home of a niece, Mrs. Bernice Ashley. Ash-ley. Mr. and Mrs. Delmer Gray spent four days in Las Vegas visiting their son and daughter daugh-ter in law, Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Gray, and Mrs. Gray's brothers. Mrs. Norma Limb of Ely arrived ar-rived Tuesday evening to spend a week with her brother and sister in law, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Pryor, and to assist at Pryor's Merc. David Pryor, who has been here on leave from the U S Navy, will leave Sunday for his base at Vallejo, Calif, Howard Pryor, who was injured in-jured when thrown from a horse, was released Saturday from the Milford Valley Memorial Me-morial Hospital, and will convalesce con-valesce at home. O Mrs. Lillian McKnight of Midvale, and daughter Mrs. Eve Hendrix and children of Provo spent the week end with Stan McKnight. Mr. and Mrs. Jule Gillins spent last week end in the northern part of the state visiting vis-iting their children, Mr, and Mrs. Ray Gillins, Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Terry, and their families, fami-lies, in Salt Lake, and Mr. and Mrs, Herold Gillins and family fam-ily in Kearns. Mrs. Nancy F. B. Zaugg, 86, mother of Mrs. Frieda Wood, died Sunday, Feb. 25, in an Ogden rest home, of natural causes. Attending funeral services ser-vices Thursday in Peterson were Mr. and Mrs. Vern Wood Mr. and Mrs. William Wood and Mr. and Mrs. Noel Wood. Mrs. Beulah Wood, Mrs. Vera Carter and Mrs. Ruth Dotson motored to Las Vegas to take Mrs. Dotson's son Allen to the Las Vegas Airport. He flew to his U S Navy base at Pensa-cola, Pensa-cola, Fla., after a 30-day leave. Mrs. Daisy Gillins visited her children, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Gillins and sons in Salt Lake, and Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Moser and children in Provo. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Gillins and daughter Debra were in Las Vegas last week end to purchase a Junior Prom dress for Debra. O Kenna Lou Kent and son Eric of Salt Lake were week end guests of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ken Kelsey. Winners of the American Legion Auxiliary Essay Contest Con-test are Mitchell Gillins, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Gillins; Gil-lins; Carrie Carter, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Max Carter; and Kim Marshall, son of Mr. and Mrs. Newell Marshall.
