THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS: DE-FENDANTS: You are summoned and required re-quired to serve upon or mail to Sam Cline, Plaintiff's attorney, attor-ney, whose address is Milford. Utah, an answer in writing to the complaint and file a copy of said answer with the Clerk of the above entitled Court "within 20 days after service of this summons upon you. If ycu fail ro to do. judgment by default will be taken against jou for the relief demanded in said complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court, and a copy of which will be served upon you or mailed to you within ten days after service of this summons upon you. If your address Is unknown to plaintiff or his attorney, and the complaint is not attached to this summons, it will be filed withih said (en days with the Clork of the above Court and you may there obtain a copy. This is an action to recover judgment for the sum of $1534.05 with interest thereon from June 1st, 1986, until paid, for services rendered by plaintiff plain-tiff to defendant A. Otis Birch; and for costs; and to set aside a conveyance from A. Otis Birch to defendant Pearl Choate, upon the realty and improvements more particularly particular-ly hereinafter described situated situ-ated in Beaver County, Utah, and to have the judgment for the above sum declared a lien on said property; that the property described in said complaint com-plaint is as follows: The worth one-naif of the Southeast quarter (N14-SE4) (N14-SE4) of Section 34, Township Town-ship 27 South, Range 11 West, S.L.M. Together with the improvements improve-ments situated thereon and the nppurtenances thereunto be longing and moTTr described as: Ulc'at, One Mill Building' One Office Building. : .
