Show OBITUARIES BERTHA GRAY HOLMES Mrs. Bertha Gray Holmes, 68, Cedar City, died Sept. 16 in a Cedar City hospital of complications compli-cations following surgery. She was born March 19, 1898, in St. George, to Thomas L. and Charlotte Wood Gray. She married Harry Franklin Holmes June 15, 1922, in Paro-wan. Paro-wan. The marriage was later solemnized in the St. George Temple. She was a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers. Survivors, include her husband; hus-band; the following sons and daughters: Robert G., Harry F. Jr, both of Cedar City; William, Wil-liam, Wendell and Mrs. McKay (Mildred) Davis, all of Salt Lake; Mrs. E. Lynn (Charlotte) (Char-lotte) Reed, Blackfoot, Idaho; Mrs. Carl (Janet) Parry, Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove; 26 grandchildren; a brother and sister, James M Gray, Beaver, and Mrs. Evan ( Myrtle ) Seegmiller, Richfield. Funeral services were conducted con-ducted Monday in Cedar City, with burial in the Minersville Cemetery. |
