Show BOARD OF HIGHER EDUCATION SETS BUDGET It will take $124.6 million to finance the Utah System of Higher Education during the coming 1974-75 fiscal year, the State Board of Higher Education Educa-tion determined last Tuesday. In adopting that budget, the Board now will turn to Governor Gov-ernor Calvin L. Rampton and the 1974 Legislative Budget Session to fund its recommendations. recommen-dations.
