A son Craig contracted pneumonia while here, and Mrs. Moore remained re-mained with her son after Mr. Mcore returned to California. 9 Ned Kohler of the U S U at Logan was home over the holidays. A girl friend, Julie Griffin of Vacaville, Calif., joined Ned in Milford and the couple and Dr. and Mrs. Lloyd Kohler i'pent four days in Salt Lake with the Kohler's daughter daugh-ter and family, Mr. and Mrs. James Mash. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Munk and children of Salt Lake are in Milford this week. C Mr. and Mrs. Fred Anderson and family are renting the Marion Walker home. O Mr. and Mrs. Farrell Foth eringham and children will leave Milford early in Febru-arw Febru-arw for Woodland, Calif., where Mr. Fotheringham will be employed. em-ployed. e Frank Gustin of Salt Lake, brother of Mrs. Jim Smithson, was here for several days at the Smithson home. O Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Smith and son of Ogden were at the homes of Mr. and Mrs. Nathan E. Smith and Mr. and Mrs. Tom James. Also at the James home was a son Danny, who is serving with the TJ S Air Force at Goodfellow, Texas. O Bill Martin has returned to his studies at the U S U in Logan, after a Visit with parents par-ents Mr. and Mrs. Pete Martin. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Mills and Cliff James spent several days in Las Vegas enjoying the entertainment, Lowell Mellor, who is stationed sta-tioned at Keesler Air Force Base, was home for the holidays. holi-days. Also at the Mellor home was Mrs. Mellor's mother, Mrs. Lucy Lowman of Pocatello. Mrs. Lowman contracted pneumonia pneu-monia while here and was con fined to the Beaver County Hospital. 9 Raymond and Nora Ann Voorheis and Pat Walker have returned to their homes in Salt Lake after spending the holidays holi-days with parents Mr. and Mrs. John Walker. Mrs. Olive Root spent three weeks in Salt Lake caring for a daughter, Mrs. Michael Mc-Knight, Mc-Knight, who has been ill. She also visited another son in law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Rich. The Rich couple visited in Milford and the Root's son and daughter in law, Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Root of Provo, also spent the New Year holidays here. Lorelie Dawson and son Billy have been in Milford, guests of Mrs. Virginia Bedingfield. Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Smith returned re-turned New Year's Day from a visit in Denver with their daughter Lucile and son in law and daughter, Donald and Joan Opie and two children. 9 Visiting the Harold Baxters over the holidays were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Baxter and three children of Devils Slide and Craig Baxter, a student at the U S U in Logan. Holiday visitors at the Lor-rin Lor-rin Hutchings home included Mrs. Hutchings' parents, Mr. and Mrs. Cy Osborne of Beaver Bea-ver and her brothers and families, fam-ilies, Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Osborne Os-borne and Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Osborne of Cedar City; Mr. and Mrs. Nolan Osborne and family fam-ily of Yakima, Wash., and then-daughter then-daughter Anna, a student at Henager Business College at Salt Lake. O Gary Bingham left Sunday for San Diego, Calif., after spending the holidays at home with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Florin Bingham. Gary is being transferred to Virginia for shore duty. S Mr. and Mrs. Owen Stoker are in Los Angeles, Calif., where Mr. Stoker is receiving his annual medical check-up. O Mrs. Naomi Hughes, Mrs. Dorothy Morris and Lois Alt-man Alt-man attended the State Council Coun-cil of Epsilon Sigma Alpha Sorority So-rority in Salt Lake Saturday. |
