Show NOTICE TO WATER US3RS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appropriate appro-priate water in Beaver County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. All locations are in SLB&M. To Change: a-4362 Morton F. Smith, Greenville, Ut., proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 1.32 sec.-ft. of water evidenced by Award No. 82, Beaver River Decree. The water has been diverted from Dry Creek at apoint S. 1120 ft. and W. 1970 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 25, T29S, R8W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 53 acres in SEy4NWy4, SV4NEV4NWV4, EV2SW14NW14 said Sec. 25. Hereafter, the same quantity of water is to be diverted during dur-ing the same period as heretofore hereto-fore from either one or both points of diversion at the following fol-lowing points: (1) same as heretofore; (2) S. 550 ft. and W. 1550 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 25, T29S, R8W. The water is to be used for the same purposes pur-poses as described above in Ny2 said Sec. 25. a-4393 Wallace Yardley, Beaver, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 3 sec.-ft. for water initiated by Application No. 21365. The water was to be diverted from a well at a point N. 2524.5 ft. and E. 841.5 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 18, T29S. R7W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 200 acres in Sy2SEy4 Sec. 13, NEy4 Sec. 24, T29S, R8W, and for year-round incidental domestic do-mestic and stock-watering purposes. pur-poses. Hereafter, the same quantity of water is to be diverted during dur-ing the same period as heretofore hereto-fore from a 16-in. well 274 ft. deep at a point N. 2210 ft. and E. 700 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 17, T29S, R7W, and used for irrigation irri-gation of 200 acres in NWV4- SW14, swy4swy4 sec. 17, NEi4SEy4, sEy4sEy4, Nwy4- SE14, SWy4SEy4 Sec. 18, NE-14 NE-14 NE J4 Sec. 19, NWy4NWy4 Sec. 20, T29S, R7W. a-4394 Roy Yardley and Ira Yardley, Beaver, Ut., propose to change the point of diversion diver-sion of 25461 of a total of 6 sec.-ft. of water, evidenced by Award No. 60, Beaver River Decree. The water has been diverted from South Creek at a point S. 500 ft. and E. 3300 ft. from W14 Cor. Sec. 16, T30S, R6W, and used from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31 as a supplemental supple-mental supply for the irrigation of 54 acres in Sees. 17, 18, T30S, R6W. Hereafter, the same quantity of water is to be diverted during dur-ing the same period as heretofore hereto-fore at a point S. 1920 ft. and E. 2680 ft. from Wy4 Cor. Sec. 17, T30S, R6W, and used for the same purposes as described above. To Appropriate: 35635 Wallace Yardley, Bea-vre, Bea-vre, Ut., .1 sec.-ft. from a 6-in. well, bet. 25 and 300 ft. deep at a point N. 297 ft. and E. 726 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 17, T29S, R7W. The water is to be used for the watering of 250 cattle in SWy4SWy4 said Sec. 17. 35636 Wallace Yardley, Beaver, Bea-ver, Ut., .1 sec-ft. from a 6-in. well bet. 25 and 300 ft. deep at a point N. 2178 ft. and W. 1188 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 18, T29S, R7W. The water is to be used for the watering of 200 cattle in NE14SE14 said Sec. 18. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of any of the foregoing applications with reasons therefor, there-for, must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on or before February 22, 1964.
