Show NEWS OF YOUK NEIGHBORS IN SOUTH MILFORD By MRS. CLAIR GILLINS 0 Community Club was held at the clubhouse Saturday night. A business meeting and the election of new officers for 1963 were held; 21 members were present. New officers are Floyd Wright, president; Rus-sel Rus-sel Mayer, vice president; Nora Wright, secretary - treasurer; Theman Walker, new board member; Melba Marshall, chairman chair-man of the entertainment committee, com-mittee, assisted by Cuma Goodwin, Good-win, Pearl Tolley and Mar-jorie Mar-jorie Sherwood; Mrs. Sherwood, representative to the Hospital Board and Elsie Mayer, alternate. alter-nate. Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Evans and family of American Fork spent the week end with Boyd's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Duard Evans. The Boyd Evans have a new addition to their family, a baby boy. Visiting recently with' Mr. and Mrs. Clair Gillins and Mr. and Mrs. Lorraine Gillins were Mrs. Jeanette Stoker and children, chil-dren, Steven and Lori, of Cedar Ce-dar City. H. L. Tolley, Leo Mayer and Joseph Murdock of Milford made a business trip to Phoenix', Phoe-nix', Ariz., Friday, returning home Monday afternoon. Mrs. Bernice Smith and Leon were home over the week end. O Visiting for several days last week with their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Blackner of Greenville, were Mary Stewart and Evelyn Yardley. Mrs. Cassie McKnight of Minersville spent a couple of days in South Milford visiting old friends and relatives. O Mr. and Mrs. Frank Myers spent two days in Salt Lake visiting Mrs. Myers' parents, Mr., and Mrs. Albert Smith. O Russel Lee Mayer and a friend spent last week here with Russel's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Russel Mayer. . They had a few days' vaaation between semesters. |
