Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appropriate appro-priate water in Beaver County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. All locations are in SLB&M. To Change: a-4144 Vernile Bradshaw, Beaver, Ut., proposes to change the point of diversion and place cf use of 3 sec.-ft. of water initiated by Application No. 27079. The water was to have been diverted from a well at a point S. 900 ft. and W. 2376 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 21, T28S, R7W. The water is to be used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 74 acres in SWV4-NEy4, SWV4-NEy4, SEy4NWVi said Sec. 21, and for year-round incidental stock-watering purposes. Hereafter, the same quantity is to be diverted during the same period as above described from a 14-in. well, 466 ft. deep at a point S. 910 ft. and W. 1830 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 21, T28S, R7W. The water is to be used for the irrigation of 62.4 acres in NE14NE14, SWy4- NEy4, sEy4NEy4, NEy4SEV4 said Sec. 21. To Appropriate: 34718 western Geothermal, Inc., A Nevada Corp., International Interna-tional Bldg., St. Mary's Square, San Francisco, Calif., 15 sec.-ft. sec.-ft. of super-heated water from a 12 -in. well bet. 500 and 5000 ft. deep at a point N. 1650 ft. and W. 330 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 21, T30S, R12W. The water wat-er is to be used for the development devel-opment of geothermal steam for power purposes and extraction of by-products in Lot 3, NEV4- swy4, sy2swy4 sec. 15, Ey2- SW14, NWy4 Sec. 22, NEV4- Nwy4, Ey2NEy4, wy2NEy4, NWi4Nwy4, syaNwy4, sv- SM, NySM! Sec. 28; SWV4- NEV4,' SWi4NEy4, Nwy4sEy4, N-y2swy4, sEi4swy4 Sec. 21, SE14 Sec. 16, T30S, R12W.. 34748 Hi-Low Corn.. Box 271, Beaver City, Ut., .75 sec.-ft. sec.-ft. from a spring area at a point S. 1950 ft. and W. 1100 ft. from N Cor. Sec. 25, T29S, R6W. The spring area is described as follows: Beg. at the point of diversion thence N. 100 ft., W. .100 ft., S. 100 ft., E. 100 ft. to point of beginning. be-ginning. The water is to be pathered in a collection box at the point of diversion and conveyed con-veyed ' through a 2-in. pipe, and used for th domestic requirements re-quirements of 75 families in sEi4Nwy4, NEy4swy4, Nwy4- SEy4 said Sec. 25. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of any of the foregoing applications with reasons therefor, there-for, must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on or before March 23, 1963.
