Show TELLURIDE GETS NEW TRUCK Thursday, Feb. 7th, the Telluride Tel-luride Power Co. crew at Milford Mil-ford accepted delivery of a new service truck, which will enable the repairmen to perform per-form their work in greater safety, with fewer men, and at the same time make it possible pos-sible to conveniently perform a wider range of tasks, in safety. "It's much nicer . . . and we feel better, standing in a basket bas-ket with a solid floor and protective pro-tective sides," Rulon Brox, Telluride Tel-luride serviceman, said, "than it was to hang from the top of a ladder with your legs wrapped around the top rung while you used both hands in your work." Normand Thompson, another Telluride servcieman, indulged in a little "wishful thinking," when he said it 'would have been swell if we'd had this a few days earlier, when we had to wash a salt-coating from so many Insulators." "Good electric service is a bit? item in today's living," Mr. Whiting said, "and this is another an-other of Utah Power & Light Company's steps enabling us to give faster, better service to our customers." |
