Burnett is Ilene Gray's brother. e Mr. and Mrs. Norman (Riz; Gillins and family of Ogden are spending the week end here with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Louis Moser and family of Salt Lake are spending the Easter week end with Mr. and Mrs. Hilton Gillins. Gil-lins. $ Mr. and Mrs. Verl Holloway and family of Kearns spent Easter with the Frank Carters. Mr. and Mrs. Phil Sisneros of Boulder, Nev., were here for funeral services for Laban Burt of Beaver who passed away April 19. Mr. and Mrs. O. Lambson and family of Kearns and Mr. and Mrs. Hal Brinkerhoff and family of Springville were Easter Eas-ter visitors at the Gus Lamb-sen Lamb-sen home. 9 Mr. and Mrs. Ray Gillins and daughters of Kearns spent Easter Eas-ter with the Jule Gillins family. fam-ily. e Mr. and Mrs. Scott Mc-Knight Mc-Knight of Provo spent the week end here. Mr. and Mrs. Art Myers and family of Kearns spent a few days at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Obra Myers. Also visiting visit-ing at the Myers home are the soils of Rex and Carol Carter. Carol is in the Beaver County Hospital with a new daughter, born April 20. 9 Also proud parents of a new baby son, born April 20, are Vance and Connie Marshall. This is their fourth child and only son. 9 Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Murdock of Cedar City are in town visiting vis-iting relatives. 9 Mr. and Mrs. Ira Larsen CHelon Pryorl and children of Tucson, Ariz., spent the Easter vacation at the home of Mrs. Amanda Nolder. e Mr. and Mrs. Joe Ashley Sr. of Romaland, Calif., are visiting visit-ing Joe an Bernice Ashley and family. e Ann Eyre, Nick and Pain of Las Vegas are visiting Mr. and Mrs. Thurman Eyre. 9 Mr. and Mrs. Al Morris (La-Ree (La-Ree Evans) and son of Salt Lake are visiting the Arshall Evans family. Mr. and Mrs. Lorenzo King have moved back to town from Tooele. They are resid ing in the old Tom Gray home. 9 Pryor's Merc held an Easter Eas-ter Egg Hunt in their store Saturday morning. Many colored col-ored candy eggs were hidden on the shelves and 50 prizes were given to children up to 10 years of age who found the eggs with special numbers on them. Mr. and Mrs. Mervin Baker and family of Caliente spent the Easter week end with Mr. and Mrs. Raul Pearson and Toni. . A birthday party honoring Bud Carter was held at Bob Carter's cabin east of Milford. Those attending were Mr. and Mrs. Bud Carter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Carter, and Mr. and Mrs. Bob Carter and family. P.-T. A. annual election of officers was held Wednesday in the school multi-purpose room. New officers are Gwen Pryor, president; Dorothy Wood, vice president, and Virginia Carter, secretary-treasurer. O Mr. and Mrs. Keith Dotson and sons, Mr. and Mrs. George Dotson and Mrs. Fontella Dot-son, Dot-son, all of West Jordan, were here to attend funeral services for Myrtle Burke. They were gusts of Dale Dotson. e Mr. and Mrs. Richard Schwab and daughters of Mt. View, Wyo., were Easter visitors visit-ors with relatives here. Mrs. Schwab is the former LaRena Robinson. Children of Plina Carter had a family get-together last week to clean the house and yard for their mother. Those helping were Mr. and Mrs. Newell Carter nad family, Mr. and Mrs. Ward Carter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Neil Carter Car-ter and family of Cedar City, Vi Watts of Salt Lake and Mrs. Dalley of St. George. Bob Griffiths of Las Vegas spent the week end with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Edwards. |
