Show Mrs. Jeanne Edwards and son David of Cedar City spent a day last week at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Eyre. THIS WEEK IH liHNERSVILLE e David Pryor, son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Pryor, who was at home on leave from the U S Navy, left Sunday for his new base at San Francisco, where he will attend an electronics elec-tronics school. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Roberts of Van Nuys, Calif., are in Beaver County calling on relatives rela-tives and friends. Tuesday morning they were at the home of Mrs. Amanda Nolder. The latter part of the week they will be in Milford. Mrs. Oz Myers ana Mrs. Lydia Gibbons spent last week end in Evanston, Wyo. Mrs. Cassie McKnight is in Orem visiting at the home of her son and daughter in law, Mr. and Mrs. Karl Murdock and children. Visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Billie Dalton were Mrs. Eric Clark and daughter of California. Mrs. Clark is the former Sue Mae Price. Mrs. Alba Carter is in California Cali-fornia visiting her children. O Recent visitors in Miners-ville Miners-ville were Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Gor-don Eyre and son of Las Vegas. They were at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thurman Eyre. Bee Hive girls and Scouts attending the LDS Temple in St. George who were baptized for the dead included Carolyn Gray, Marilyn Williams, Joan Pryor, Madelyn Eyre, Vickie Griffiths, Adelle Gillins, Marion Mar-ion Gillins, Louise Kelsey, Kathryn Gowman, Lois Evans, Kathy Thompson, Gil Limb, Neal Hollingshead, Val Carter, Barbara Carter, Elvin Marshall, Ron Marshall, Max Myers, Calvin Cal-vin Albrecht, Greg Marshall, and Ray Gails. Mr. and Mrs. Keith Hollingshead Hollings-head and sons Larry and Bart and daughter Julie motored to Salt Lake City. Larry enrolled at the U of U for the coming . school year. The family also attended the State Fair before returning home. .- 9 . Those attending the district P.-T. A. Conference in Cedar City last week end were Ber-nice Ber-nice Ashley, president of the local organization, and other 'officers": Mrs. Gwen Pryor and Mrs. Virginia Carter. Mr. and Mrs. Mervin Edwards Ed-wards have returned home after aft-er a trip to Salt Lake. Mrs. Wilma Davis is now at home recuperating from a minor mi-nor operation which she underwent un-derwent at the Beaver County Hospital in Milford. Mr. and Mrs. Sim Murdock are now with their children in Oakland, Oregon, Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Boyter and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Murdock. Mr. and Mrs. Hayward Marshall are proud parents of a new daughtr, born at the Iron County Hospital in Cedar City. Charles Jameson was honored hon-ored at a birthday party, with family members attending. |
