The water was to have been diverted divert-ed from Three Creeks, trib. to Beaver River at a point N. 820 ft. and W. 1420 ft. from SE Cor. Sec- 9, T29S, R5W, which is the point of intersection of the center of Three Creeks dam constructed on the natural channel chan-nel of Three Creeks. The water will be stored in the Three Creeks Reservoir from Jan, 1 to Dec. 31 and released from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 into Three Creeks and conveyed .hereby to Beaver River and recfiverted at the following points: (1; South Bench Canal N. 490 ft. and E. 2460 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 18; (2) Mammoth Canal N. 69 deg. 05 min. E. 2820 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 18, both in T29S, R6W; (3) Northeast Bench Canal N. 430 ft. and W. 270 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 13, T29S, R7W and conveyed by canal to place of use where it 'will be used as a suplemental supply from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate irri-gate 1920 acres in SW-S'a Sec 13, SViSVz, NWWSWW Sec 14, SEViSE'A, NV2SW4, NEy4 SVi-NWW SVi-NWW Sec 15, SV2NE4 Sec 16, NV2, N'2SW'4, SWilSW'i Sec. 23, N12NWW Sec. 24, WV2-WVa WV2-WVa Sec. 26, EV2NEW, SWV,-NEVi, SWV,-NEVi, S'2 Sec. 27, T29S, R7W. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert 830 ac.-ft. of water from the same source, at a point N I 59 deg 30 min. W. 1560 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 9,' T29S, R5W, which is the intersection of the longitudinal axis of the impounding im-pounding dam 94 ft. high and the centerline of the streambed. The reservoir created thereby will have a capacity of 2029 ac.-ft. and will inundate 275 acres in SEW Sec. 9, SWW Sec. 10, NWy4 Sec. 15, NE4 Sec 16, T29S, R5W. The water will be stored in the , reservoir from Jan. 1 to Dec 31 and released from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 into Three Creeks, conveyed thereby there-by to Beaver River and redi-verted redi-verted at the following points: (1) Mammoth and South Bench Canal N. 770 ft. and E. 2820 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 18, T29S R6W; (2) Northeasl Bench Canai N. 41 deg. 00 min. W. 530 ft from SE Cor. Sec. 13, T29S, R7W.
