Show Proper Care of Meat Important to Hunters "If it's worth the chase, it's worth the care." This is the word from the Utah Department of Fish and Game. The department first reminds hunters that it is illegal to waste game meat of any kind. Arrests are made each year for violations of this law. On the sensible side, they noted that the end product of every sportsman's efforts afield can well be and should be an edible, good tasting product on the table. Much information regarding the care of game meat is available today to-day for either the novice or the regular hunter who will spend a little time to look it up. More and more local ordinances are being passed and enforced denying de-nying the use of public shops and plants who improperly care for wild game.
