Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOND ELECTION CITY OF MILFORD, BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH October 27, 1959 , PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 27th day of October, 1959, a special election will be held within the limits of approved by a majority of those voting thereon, bonds to the authorized auth-orized amount may be issued. On the reverse side of the ballot bal-lot shall toe printed the following: Official Ballot for the City of Milford, Utah, Special Bond Election, October 27, 1959. . (Facsimile Signature) VERNON M. At said special election the polls will be opened at the hour of 7:00 o'clock a.m. ana remain open until and be closed at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. of the election day. For the purposes of said election the City of Milford is hereby established as one voting district, and all of the qualified electors of the City may cast their ballot at such election at the Milford Library Li-brary within said City. The judges SaliM.y is no accident. of election at said polling place shall be Rudolph Nielsen, Maud Crane, and Dora Johnson. The alternate al-ternate judges shall be 0. C. City Recorder the City of Milford, Beaver County, Coun-ty, Utah, for the purpose of submitting sub-mitting to such qualified electors of said City as shall have paid a property tax therein in the year next preceding such election, the following question: Shall negotiable General Obligation Ob-ligation Bonds of the City be issued and sold, to be payable within not to exceed 30 years from date of issue and to bear interest at not to exceed 6 per cent per annum, for the purpose of providing funds with which to defray the cost of all or any one or more of the following general improvements: . 1. $31,500.00 Water Bonds 2. $3,000.00 Recreation Bonds. 3. $5,500.00 Police and Fire Equipment Bonds. The official ballot, after the statement of the question submitted, submit-ted, shall contain the words "For the issue of bond: Yes. No." If the voter desires to vote for the issue of General Obligation Bonds of the City as to any question above, he shall place an (X) in the space 'after the word "Yes." If the voter desires to vote against the issue of General Obligation Bonds of the City as to any question ques-tion above, he shall place an (X) in the space after the word "No." f the question so submitted is |
