Show THIS WEEK IN MINERSVILLE By Marvbelle Eyre Mr. and Mrs. Kay Cummings of Kanosh spsnt Thanksgiving with her parents, Mr. and Mrs1. Keith Hollingshead. Mr. and Mrs. Fay Marshall and Mr. and Mrs. Gus Lambson were Thanksgiving guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Fount Lambson of Kearns. Thirty-seven guests were seated at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Stan McKnight to enjoy the ibounteous feed on Thanksgiving day. Included Includ-ed were Mrs. Jennie Wilson, Mr. and Mrs. C. G. Tanner of Salt Lake, Mr. and Mrs. Clair Carter, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Carter of Cedar City, Mr. and Mrs. Warren Johnson John-son of Milford, Mr. and Mrs. Warren War-ren Smith of Beaver and their families. Also home for the holiday was their daughter, Miss Eve McKnight, Mc-Knight, who is a stduent at B Y U. Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Carter, Mr. and 'Mrs. Howard Marshall, Bren-da Bren-da and Elvin, and Mr. and 'Mrs. Clarence Gillins and Susan spent the holiday week end with 'Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Carter and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Carter of Monti-cella. Monti-cella. Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Hollingshead Hollings-head spent Thanksgiving in Heber with her tparents, Mr. and Mrs. Duke. Nellie had been visiting her parents the previous week and Marshall and the children joined her for the holiday. Mr. and Mrs. Milton Albrecht and family were In Ferron wlHi his brother, Mr. and Mrs. Keith Albrecht, for the holiday. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Murdock were dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Garold Eyre. They also enjoyed visiting C. G. Tanner, who was in town the same day. Mrs. Augusta Marshall enjoyed a large crowd of relatives for the Thanksgiving feast. The guests included Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Johnson, Mr. and Mrs. Jean Ail-red, Ail-red, all of Stockton; Mr. and Mrs. Leo White and Mr. and Mrs. Alton Atkin of Beaver, Mr. and Mrs. Gary Atkin and Mr. and Mrs. Leon Ashworth of Ely, Nev.; Mr. and Mrs. Jack Aubrey of Salt Lake, and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Limb, Mr. and Mrs. Alton Marshall Mar-shall and Harold Marshall. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Gillins were hosts on Thanksiving to Mr and Mrs. Milton Jolly and Mr. and Mrs. Don Marshall and family. Mr. and Mrs. Keith Dotson were here during the holiday week end to visit his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Dotson. Mrs. Nellie Eyre was released from the Beaver County Hospital on Friday. She is staying with Mrs. Beulah Wunderlich in Milford. Mil-ford. Another daughter, Mrs. Melba Eyre of Las Vegas, is there also to help care for her mother. Mrs. Effie Marshall was host to her family on Thanksgiving day. Guests were Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Hunt, Mr and Mrs. Ken Knight, Mr. and Mrs Arlo Messinger, Mr. and Mrs. Ross Marshall, Mr. and Mrs. Karl Truman, and Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Marshall and their families. fam-ilies. Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Miles of California were holiday guests at the. home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Eyre. Other guests were Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Eyre and Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Stephenson of Cedar City. Mr. and Mrs Mac Armstrong and family of Cedar City were Thanksgiving dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Murdock. Other guests were Mr. and Mrs. Ray Murdock. Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Boyter were hosts to Mr. and Mrs. Karl Boyter of Panguitch, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Camp, Mr. and Mrs. George Boyter and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Boyter of Richfield. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Stroud of Salt Lake were visitors at the home of a brother in law and sister, sis-ter, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Murdock, Friday. Mrs. Murdock accompanied accompa-nied them to Beaver where they visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Smith, until Saturday evening eve-ning when the girls returned to their homes. Mr. and Mrs. Howard1 Marshall and Mrs. Rachel Hunt accompanied accompa-nied their mother to Salt Lake on Tuesday to attend to 'business and do some shopping. Mr. and Mrs. Leland Jones returned re-turned to their home in Oregon and Mr. and Mrs. Kurtt Bohn returned re-turned to Las Vegas after visiting during the 'holidays with their parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Andy Bohn. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Wood and Marilyn enjoyed the holiday in Morgan with Mrs. Nancy Zaugg. Mr. Wood and Marilyn returned home on Friday while Frieda joined the 4-H group to make the trip to Chicago as a leader. |
