Show Beaver Little League Has Award Program Climaxing the Beaver Little League baseball season, an award assembly was held on Thursday, Aug. 28, in the High School auditorium. New officers of the league presided, with Clark Patterson, Patter-son, president, in charge. Betty Oakden is vice president, presi-dent, and Ann Swindlehurst, secretaryr. Each player and manager was introduced, and the following fol-lowing awards presented: Championship trophy, a rotating ro-tating gold trophy, to the Merchants, Mer-chants, 1958 champions. Outstanding player award, to Flal Murdock, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carlos Murdock.
