BEAVER CHURCH NEWS Baptism services for the three Beaver Wards will be held Saturday, Satur-day, May 31, in the First-Third A'ard Chapel. Sunday evening services in the First-Third Ward were conducted by Bishop Roy Harris. John R. 5fardley, recently returned missionary mis-sionary and serviceman, was the speaker of the evening. Four girls were graduated from Bishop Chase Murdock conducted conduct-ed the services in the Second Ward Sunday evening. The program pro-gram was furnished by members of the Elders Quorum. Six girls were graduated from Primary: Corinne Bezansen, Kathleen Kath-leen Reynolds, Maria Spendlove, Peggy Ann Joseph, Janice Vickers and Susan Cartwright. The Beaver Third Ward services serv-ices were conducted by Bishop Walter Kerksiek. The large con gregation enjoyed a sermon by President Howard Knight of the Parowan Stake. Three girls were graduated from Primary: Marcia George, Deanna Stapley, and Mary Fae Woodhouse. 'David Kesler, son of Mr. and Mrs. Otto nesler of Cove Fort, recently was named president of the Phillipsburg branch of the Allendale, Al-lendale, Mont., ward of the L D S Church. |
