Show Wednesday, May 30, 1990 THE SIGNPOST 3 CHANGES (continued from page 2) "We will have to decide which department will order when and schedule the work accordingly to prevent a "bottle-neck' in the printing department. "We want to get people on campus who have expertise in graphics and design to take a look at options for the new seal, centennial logo and the letterhead," Loos said. To have a complete study for the changes could take up to six months. Right now we are looking only to change the name on the seal." Gary Hidden, printing services, said that they have not established a firm reprinting schedule. "We hope to get started in changing the forms during the summer," Hidden said. "All business cards, envelopes and stationary will be changed beginning in September and everything will be finished by the first of the year. "Administration has said that nothing official can be utilized until Jan. 1, 1991," he said. These items will be reduced in price during a year end sale, May 31 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. "We're really not getting into the new name until it is official," said Dave Boothe, purchaser for the bookstore. "Well have a few things imprinted with the Weber State University logo to compete with outside businesses that are already selling the new name." The most obvious change to the public will be the Weber State College sign. Garth Welch, WSC architect, said that at the moment they haven't the slightest idea about the design for the new sign.
