On May jth Riley Jolly, Alma Jolly, and John Reber appeared before Justice Jus-tice Paxman on complaints sworn to by Constable James O. Wilkins. Riley Jolly, charged with disturbing the peace by threatening' to fight, pleaded guilty and was fined $5 and costs. Alma Jolly charged with same offence by fighting with Reinhold Hannig pleaded guilty, and was fined So and costs. John Reber, charged with disturbing dis-turbing the peace by using profane language,. pleaded guilty and was lined $1 and costs. The offences had been committed on May 1st, and all had been drinking. |
