Show Goals Under 'Food For Victory' Program To Be Set Small Farmers Being Asked To Raise Their Own Food Needs Typical goals for farmers in Washington Wash-ington county who wish loans under un-der the Farm Security administration's administra-tion's new all-out "Food for Victory" Vic-tory" program will be set within a few days, it was announced today to-day by DeVaughn Jones, Supervisor Super-visor of the Department of Agriculture Agri-culture agency in Washington county. The new program, announced in San Francisco this week by FSA Regional Director L. I. Hewes Jr., will include special "Food For Victory" Vic-tory" loans available to small farmers hitherto ineligible for FSA assistance since eligibility requirements re-quirements have been sharply reduced. re-duced. Supplemental Loans Supplemental loans will also be available for the 190 farmers in Washington county who are now FSA borrowers.
