Show Pa rent s In Hurricane Honor Couple With Wedding Reception HURRICANE. Utah -The rocrerr-tion rocrerr-tion hall of the North want chanr-I was the setting for the wedding reception and dance given Friday, Jutv '.. honoring Mr. and Mrs. Willard Thompson. The couple were married in the St. George Temple Thursday. July 12. Pres. Harold S. Snow officiating. The bride is the former Alice May Covington, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lorin Covington, and the groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Tltompson of Cedar City. Victor King was master of ceremonies cere-monies for the evening. The program pro-gram numbers were a vocal duet, "Truly I Do" by Evelyn W. Jones and Mary Webb; solns, "My Dreams are Getting Bettor" by Clinton Isom; "All My Life" by Venice Slrntton; humorous readings, read-ings, one in original verse by Mrs. Vera Eagar, and ".Sjwrtk Up. Ike" by Maurice Nut tall. Lunch was served to 100 relatives and friends. The remainder of the evening was devoted to dancing. The couple received many gifts. |
