Show More Service Men Reported Home In Washington County Sgt. Barnard Seegmiller arrived ar-rived home Tuesday evening, July 17, after almost three years of service in North Africa and Italy where he has participated in much aerial combat as a ground crew man with the B-25 bombers. He is a son of Mrs. Mary H. Seegmiller of St. George and has received citations and many commendations com-mendations for his high type of service. This is his first visit home since he entered military service in April of 1942. After a 30-day furlough he will report at Santa Ana for re-assignment. Austin Norvel. son of Mrs. Emma Norvell is home from military mili-tary duty to stay, having been given an honorable discharge after several months service. George A. Jams, a civilian under technical military assignment assign-ment visited in St. George Sunday until Wednesday with his parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. B. Jarvis and other relatives. After two years of research work at Massachusetts Massachu-setts Tech., Cambridge, he was assigned to overseas duty in Italy during the major part of 1944, returning Dec. 16. He has been back at the research laboratories since Jan. 1, 1945, and came west to bring his wife and son. Stanley Stan-ley beore leaving for additional service in the Pacific.
