The water will be diverted into and conveyed in the St. George-Washington Canal at a point located S. 800 ft. and E. 300 ft. from the NW Cor. of the NWV4 Sec. 36, T. 43 S., R. 15 W., where it will be elevated a distance dis-tance of 28 ft. by means of a pumping plant and 425 ft. of 16-in. pipe and conveyed in a canal and used to irrigate 450 acres of land embraced within Sees. 25, 35 and 36, T. 42 S., R. 15 W.( and Sec. 2, T. 43 S.' Sec. 24, T 42 S., R 16 W.,. and used to irrigate' 60( acres of land embraced withir Sees. 24 and 25, T. 42 S., R. 16 W., and Sees. 29 and 30 T 42 S., R. 15 W. 15280 James L. Lowe, Castle Cliff Station, via Santa Clara, Utah; .05 sec. ft. for domestic use from Zeolite Spring, tributary to Beaver Dam Creek to Rio Virgin at a point S. 17 29' E. 574.8 ft. from the NW Cor. Sec 5, T. 43 S., R. 18 W. The diverting di-verting and carrying works will consist of a storage tank, 5000 ft. of 1-in. pipe and watering trough. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications, with reasons therefor,- must be in affidavit form, with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, with a fee of $1 on or before September 11, 1943.
