Highway 91 east to Leeds, thence over Oak Grove to the head of Oak Grove and on to the top of Pine Valley mountain: thence along the crest of the mountain to the head of middle fork of Pine Valley Creek; thence following the creek to Pine Valley Val-ley bridge; thence along the Pine Valley-Central highway to Central; Cen-tral; and thence over the Enter-prise-St. George highway to St. George, the place of beginning.
