Show LEEDS Mrs. Evelyn McMuIlin Reporter Mrs. Clayton Sullivan spent the past week visiting in Salt Lake City. Miss Patricia Bushman of Salt Lake City is a guest of Miss Geral-dine Geral-dine George. Mr. and Mrs. Louis Fleming of Ogden visited here Friday with friends and relatives. Mr. and Mrs. John Long and daughters, Sherrie and Golda, have been visiting with Mrs. Dallice Hartman. They all enjoyed a week end trip to Grand Canyon. A brother, Merwin Hartman, also accompanied ac-companied them. Ruth Savage is home for two weeks vacation with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Savage. As designated by President Harry Har-ry S. Truman, a special program was rendered in our Sacrament meeting on August 19. Musical numbers were rendered by Mr. and Mrs. Walter Eager and son, De-wayne De-wayne Eager. TSgt. Karl Cald well, who has just returned from 1 years overseas service, was the speaker. Special prayers were offered by R. C. Savage and Bishop Stanley Fuller. Fay Stirling of Salt Lake City and her sister, Mrs. Bud Leigh of Cedar City, are visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Clair Stirling. Thomas G. Stirling and Delbert Stirling of Las Vegas were visitors here last week. Jerry George returned Friday to his home in Barstow, Calif. His family will remain for some time to can fruit. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Fuller of Pinto were Monday visitors here. Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Dalton of j Las Vegas were visitors through the week with Mrs. Rebecca ) Angell. .1 A benefit party was held on ' Saturday night for Mr. and Mrs. j Clair Stirling. Many nice presents j were given them, together with a money donation. They are very ap- j preciative of the kindness shown j them by their many friends at this time. J |
