Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Feb. 29, 1924. Notice is hereby given that Robert A. Thorley, whose postoffice address ad-dress is Cedar City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919, to appropriate ap-propriate Eighty-six Hundredths (S6100) of a Sec. Ft. of water from Blue Springs Creek in Washington County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point 6C0 ft. South and 675 ft. West of the N4 corner of Sec. 13, Township 39 South, Range 11 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, Mer-idian, and conveyed in a ditch a distance dist-ance of 600 ft., and there used from April 1 to November 1, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 60 acres of land embraced in part of N V2 NE , part of NE H NW Vi of Sec. 13, township and range aforesaid. As much water as may be necessary will be used the entire year for domestic purposes. This application is designated desig-nated in the State Engineer's office as File No. 8457. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office of-fice within thirty (301 days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
