These returns are prepares j. on Forms 1099 and 1096 and nit;;: j be filed by every individual, fire j corporation, partnership, receiver trustee, executor, administrator arc 3 employer who, during the year 1P!S t paid out salaries, commissions, res: royalties or other fixed and deter-minable deter-minable gains in amounts of $ 100'-or 100'-or more to any one individual These information returns are entirely en-tirely distinct from income tax returns. re-turns. No extension of time can be granted grant-ed by the Collector for the filing i information returns. This office earnestly desires your cooperation in reporting those employees em-ployees and other, persons receivii's from you amounts of $1,000 or more. It will be appreciated if you '- present to your employee the necessity neces-sity of filing income tax returns.
