Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The State of Utah Office of State Engineer Salt Lake City, Utah, Oct. 6, 1939. St George Citv. Utah, has filed Application No. 13083 to appropriate appro-priate 973 ac. ft. of water from Cottonwood creek in Washington county, proposing to divert it from October 15 of each year to Tune 30 of the year following at a point N. 1140 ft. and E. S0o ft. from the S1 Cor. Sec. 27, T. 40 S., R. 15 W., SLB&M, convey con-vey it by canal 64,380 ft. to the St. George City reservoir the center of the impounding dam of which bears N. 461 ft. and W. 35 ft. from the SW Cor. Sec. 5. T. 42 S.. R. 15 W., SLB&M. The stored water will be released from March 1 to October 31 of each year and used to irrigate 320 acres of land embraced in the W!i Sec. 29. EH Sec. 30. NU Sec 31. and N'j Sec. 32. T. 42 S., R. 15 W., SLB&M. Protests resisting said Application Applica-tion must be in affidavit form with extra copy and filed with T. H.
