Show Washington Caddie Neilson Lydia Stephens Reporters Mrs. Annie Hall was called to Los Angeles Friday because of the death of her son-in-law, Lyle Daughenbaugh. Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Pectol and daughter, Pauline, spent Sunday in Zion Canyon. Mrs. Oren Adams and son, Clair of Cedar City are visiting with her mother, Mrs. Mary Allen. Mrs. Seymour Mitchell and Mrs. Neil Lundberg entertained a group of little tots Saturday at a birthday party for Ormond Mitchell and Carol Lundberg. Our ward was well represented at Union meeting Sunday. Mrs. Emmett Barnum and baby boy were removed after three ( days from the hospital to her parents' home, Mr. and Mrs. El- Roy Pectol. Mrs. J. L. Ott'and son of Salt Lake City are visiting at the home of her mother, Mrs. E. M. Iverson. Gar Turner, who is employed in St. George, spent the week end with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Turner Jr. Irene Milne, who is working at Earl's cafe in St. George, visited Sunday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Anthole Milne. Several of our men were at Enterprise over the week end picking potatoes. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Turnbeaugh and family of Pioche, Nev., visited over the week end with their mother, Mrs. H. C. Turnbeaugh. Mrs. Lee Ervine is visiting with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elroy Pectol. Mr. and Mrs. Lenzy Hoopes, and son, Thomas, and daughter, Sarah, left Thursday morning for Beaver where Mrs. Hoopes will visit while Mr. Hoopes hunts deer. Mrs. Hoopes will be at the home of her father, Richard R. Thomas. Doctor and Mrs. Grant Greger-son Greger-son and three ions, Grant Jr Welch and Craig, were visitors over the week end at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Guy Hafen, and were honored with an informal family social at the Hafen home Saturday evening. Doctor Greger-son Greger-son is a dentist of Salt Lake City and Mrs. Gregerson is a prominent club woman. The three boys have their own small orchestra with piano .trumpet and trombone and furnished musical numbers of the f evening's impromptu program, j Lunch was served. Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Ramsay ! and infant daughter came in from ! Currant, Nev. last week. Mr. Ramsay returned home Thursday. Mrs.. Ramsay and child will re main until the end of the month as guests of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. L. Reid, who attended the U.E.A. convention in Salt I Lake City over last week end. |
