Show La Yerkin Winferd Gubler Reporter Miss Betty Rae Segler celebrated her sixth birthday anniversary Wednesday. Her mother, Mrs. La-Vina La-Vina Segler was hostess to a number num-ber of small guests in commemoration commem-oration of the occasion. Mrs. Ossie Stevens was hostess at a birthday party Sunday afternoon after-noon celebrating the seventh birthday anniversary of her daughter, Naomi. A social was given Monday evening eve-ning in honor of the Relief Society So-ciety visiting teachers. The program pro-gram consisted of a talk by President Presi-dent Areta Church; Teachers' Topics, Mrs. Ervil Sanders; vocal duet, Mrs. Church and Mrs. Pauline Paul-ine Wilson, Mrs. Vida Duncan at the organ and games under the direction of Mrs. Mildred Sanders. Sand-ers. A plate lunch was served to thirty guests. Mrs. Chester Hardy is in Cedar City where she will spend a few days with her husband who underwent un-derwent an appendectomy at the Iron county hospital recently. Warren Church left for Logan Wednesday morning where he will attend the A. C. for the coming com-ing season. Wayne Wilson took him and a number of other students stu-dents as far as Salt Lake City. He went up on business. Mr. and Mrs. Max Woodbury, Mr. and Mrs. Ervil Sanders and Mrs. Francis Slack spent four days during the week in Salt Lake City and vicinity. |
