Show NOTICE TO WATER T'SERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, May 15, 1936. Notice is hereby given that Ellis Larson, St. George, Utah, has made Application in accordance accord-ance with the laws of Utah to appropriate .025 sec. ft. of water from Bntcherknife spring in Washington county, Utah. Said water will be diverted from January Janu-ary 1 to December 31 inclusive of each year at the point of issuance issu-ance of said spring which bears N. 2310' and E. 990' from the SW cor. Sec. 35, T. 38 S., R. 19 W., SLB & M. and convened by pipeline 80' to tockwatering troughs where it will be used to water 1600 head of sheep. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as Pile No. 12006. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, shall be submitted sub-mitted in affidavit form and in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office within 30 days after completion of the publication of this notice.
