Show DIXIE WOMAN DIES IN IDAHO Mrs. Sarah Jane Cragun Wor-then Wor-then Garthwaite, a former resident resi-dent of Dixie, died at her home at Lava Hot Springs, Idaho, on Wednesday of heart trouble. Mrs. Garthwaite was a daughter daugh-ter of James and Eleanor Cragun, Cra-gun, who came to St. Georgein IS 62. She was born at ATM creek in Salt Lake valley on April 27, 1S54, and was married mar-ried to Samuel H. Worthen in 1S71. They lived here for several sev-eral years, and later moved to Salt Lake City. In 1900 she was married to Oliver C. Garthwaite and has lived at Lava Hot Springs since then, except for a few winters she has spent here. Surviving are the following sons and daughters: Leo C, William, Samuel, Airs. Nellie Polton of Salt Lake, Airs. Louise Lou-ise Hoge and Airs. Eva Getters, Butte, Alont., and Wallace Worthen Wor-then of St. George. A sister, Airs. Alartha Cox, also survives. Funeral services will be held Sunday in the Idaho city. |
