Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah. August 15, 1927. Notice is hereby given that Erastus S. Gardner, whose post office address is Pine Valley, Utah, has made application appli-cation in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917 as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate .01 c. f. s. of water from Dooley Spring in Iron County. Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance of the spring which bears N. 220.2 ft. and E. 274.9 ft. from the NW cor. of Sec. 5. T. 34 S., R. 13 W., S. L. B. & M. and used during the entire en-tire year for stock watering purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10150. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, dup-licate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30i days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
