Melvin Fawcett came in Tuesday from Park City, where he has been working to attend the Dixie college. Miss Bessie Thurston of Salt Lake City came in Tuesday to spend the ! winter here attending the Dixie col- j lege. John T. Gerber took his son Myron to Virgin today to stay with his sister Mrs. Bert Bleak, and attend school there. Mr. and Mrs. LeRoi Bentley left last Thursday for their home at Provo after spending a few days here visiting visit-ing relatives. William Nelson has been confined to his bed about a month and is getting quite feeble, due to infirmities of age. he being 84 years old. Miss Annie Wilkinson of Cane Beds. Ariz., is spending this week here visiting visit-ing en route to Veyo, where she will teach school this winter. Mr. and Mrs. Heber Bishop and daughter, Miss Grace, came in Sunday from Hinckley. Mr. and Mrs. Bishop returned Wednesday. Grace remained to attend the Dixie college. James Crawford and son Reuben of Springdale were business visitors here last Saturday. Miss Delia Crawford who has been working in the hospital here the past two weeks returned with them. |
